Hostesses at the World Meat Day Congress in Warsaw

For two days in June, the Arche Hotel Krakowska on Aleja Krakowska in Warsaw belonged to the meat industry. During the 3rd World Meat Day Congress, organised by the Polish Meat Association, seven hostesses from our agency looked after the participants. We delivered the project for the Brand New Heaven agency.

The event brought together producers, processors, academics and guests from abroad, so registration had to run smoothly from the very first minute. Our hostesses welcomed participants, handed out badges and congress materials, and directed guests to the panel rooms. With that many international guests, composure and clear communication matter most, and we kept this in mind when selecting the team.

Panel support and gift distribution

Both days were filled with lectures and discussions on food security, international trade and EU regulations. Our hostesses passed the microphone to people asking questions from the floor, kept the question and answer sessions flowing, and handed out gifts prepared by the organiser between panels.

Evening gala and awards ceremony

The evening formal session was the highlight of the congress. DNA agency hostesses assisted at the stage, presented the statuettes and diplomas, and kept the entire awards ceremony running in order.
