Company events are our specialty! Our hostesses will not only celebrate such an event, but…
Wybrzeże Szczecińskie, the Poniatowski Bridge in the background and the National Stadium right next door. MOSiR Poranki i Wieczory hosted a company event for OBI, and our four-person team looked after the entrance.
A company event by the Vistula
MOSiR Poranki i Wieczory sits on the right bank of the Vistula, with three levels, a viewing terrace and open grounds. It works for small gatherings and for parties counted in the hundreds alike. OBI, the DIY chain present in Poland since 1998, chose the venue for a company gathering and booked three hostesses and one host from us.
Guest list, badges and wristbands
Our hostesses were responsible for checking the guest list and handing out badges and wristbands. Those decide who gets in and where, so at an event held on open grounds the entrance is the one place where that order can still be established. Much like registration at a conference, entry control done well simply disappears from the guest’s field of view.
The mascot at work
The fourth member of the team was our host in a mascot costume. It is a more demanding job than it looks: limited visibility, high temperatures inside the suit and the need to stay in character throughout. A mascot works without a word, so everything has to come through gesture. At a company event it is usually the most photographed part of the day.
Summary
Entry control and a mascot are two completely different tasks, but within one team they complement each other: the first brings order to the start, the second sets the mood. The OBI event at MOSiR Poranki i Wieczory ran without queues and without confusion at the guest list. Our hostess agency covers the whole country, including hostesses Warsaw.
