DNA - hostess agency handles promotional events throughout the country. Last week we worked, among…
Four shopping centres, three cities and one promotional campaign. Our hostesses worked on a promotion for the jewellery brand Briju.
Four stores, one campaign
Briju is a Polish jewellery brand with a history going back to 1920, today present in shopping centres across the country. The campaign covered four stores: King Cross in Poznań, Ster and Turzyn in Szczecin, and Zielone Arkady in Bydgoszcz. The client booked four hostesses from us, one for each location.
A leaflet meant to lead to the store
Our hostesses were responsible for handing out leaflets with the promotional offer inside the shopping centres. The job looks simple, but it depends heavily on how the leaflet is given. A leaflet pushed into someone’s hand without a word ends up in a bin a few metres later. The same leaflet handed over with a brief word about the discounts sends the customer straight to a store a few dozen steps away. In promotional work, what matters is not the stack of leaflets but the person handing them out.
A campaign in several cities at once
A promotion spread across several cities needs the same message in every location. The client arranges everything once and receives a single invoice instead of holding four separate conversations with four contractors. We run this kind of field work throughout Poland, including roll-outs covering twenty cities and more.
Summary
The Briju promotion showed how a campaign running in four shopping centres at the same time works: the same material, the same delivery, one point of contact. Our hostess agency handles promotional campaigns across the whole country.
