An Estée Lauder company event, produced by the MOODBOARD event agency, took place in Warsaw. Our hostess welcomed guests and looked after them throughout the event.
The Estée Lauder Companies is an American maker of premium cosmetics: skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair care. Its portfolio includes Clinique, La Mer and Bobbi Brown, among others. With a brand of this calibre, every part of an event has to be polished, including the guest’s very first impression.
One hostess, several zones
Our hostess greeted guests at the entrance and directed them to the different zones: catering and the panel discussion. Throughout the event she looked after the guests’ comfort, answered questions and helped them find their way around the space. When the team is one person, there is nobody to step in, which is why we assign independent and experienced hostesses to jobs like this.
Farewell gifts
At the end of the event the hostess handed out gifts to the guests. It is the last contact with the brand that day, so it should be as carefully handled as the welcome.
