On 15 April 2026 we provided hostess service in Warsaw’s Klub Niebo for the international Global Partner Events 2026, where Auvesy honored its most important business partners from around the world. The venue welcomed 130 guests from the IT industry, 95% men, with all communication held in English.
Rock concert convention and bold styling
The whole event was held in a rock concert atmosphere, so our hostesses were expected to deliver bold, energetic styling – leather jackets, dark tones, strong accessories. As a hostess agency in Warsaw, we picked a team that not only looked great against the backdrop of the club’s two rooms – “Niebo” (Heaven) and “Piekło” (Hell) – but also moved confidently in an international setting.
Scope of service from 6 PM to 2 AM
Our hostesses worked through the entire evening – welcoming guests at the entrance, guiding participants between the “Piekło” and “Niebo” rooms during program block changes, and serving drinks from the bar on trays. During the rock concert between 9 PM and 11 PM, the hostesses and hosts of DNA agency animated the party together with guests, and at the finale they supported the distribution of awards, gadgets and gifts.
