On 23 April 2026, the Holiday Inn Resort hotel in Józefów near Warsaw hosted the Electrical Industry Conference – the largest meeting of this market segment in Poland, organised by ETIM Polska and the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Electrotechnics PIGE. Our hostess agency was entrusted with the reception support for the event.
Energy transformation in the spotlight
This year’s edition was a direct continuation of the SHE Convention and the first meeting in its new, expanded format. The leading topic was energy transformation, and invited experts also discussed the quality of products, product data and industry communication. Spectrum Studio became the gold sponsor, while partners included Allianz Trade, Elko+Bis, ETI, Gewiss, NKT, Ospel, Technokabel and Weidmüller, among others.
What our hostesses did
We delegated four hostesses dressed in a uniform, elegant business style. Our hostesses assisted with participant registration, handed out badges and conference bags, and staffed the reception desk throughout the day. After each coffee break, they encouraged guests to return to the conference room, keeping the schedule running smoothly.
