Between 5-7 November 2025, the PAIH Business Forum 2025 took place at the PGE Narodowy stadium in Warsaw. Our hostess agency in Warsaw attended with a team of 10 hostesses, who from day one took care of smooth event support for participants.

Our roles at reception and access control

Our hostesses worked at the reception desk: scanning QR codes, printing badges and handing out event materials. A team portion handled access control for panel discussions ? Why the event was important and what singled it out

The forum targeted SMEs and development institutions. Over three days participants took part in thematically rich panels on export, e-commerce, technology and foreign markets.
